Central Baptist Church

WELCOME to CENTRAL BAPTIST CHURCH! 

Central Baptist Church is a large diverse fellowship of maturing believers of Jesus Christ who love God and love people while having fun!” We offer a variety of adult and kid-friendly programs to help people connect with God and with others as they mature in their faith.  Members come from a all nations including Africa, Asian, European and Hispanic communities.  We worship the Triune God (Father, Son and Spirit), study the Bible, pray regularly, encourage one another, help our neighborhood and celebrate the love of God in Christ Jesus with the help of the Holy Spirit.  We invite you to join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 8:30 and 11:00 a.m.  You’ll leave with your hope renewed and your soul refreshed.  We can’t wait to meet you! 

Location: 321 N. 7th Street, Quincy, Illinois  62301 – Helpful hints: we are located on the southwest corner of 7th and Broadway (Illinois Route 104) streets in downtown Quincy, Illinois (google.maps).  We are seven blocks east of the Mississippi River; one block east of the Court House.  The CYO (Catholic Youth Organization) Gymnasium is across 7th street, and Burger King restaurant faces us on Broadway.   You drive past Central Baptist if you cross the one-way, westbound Bay View Bridge from Illinois to Missouri.

Affiliation: Central Baptist Church is an independent, autonomous church cooperating in mission support through the American Baptist Churches, USA.   We partner with more than 2o local, national and international mission agencies to fulfill the church’s mission of world-wide evangelism and caring for our community.
