A new adult “Explore the Bible” Sunday school class will begin Sunday, December 6 at 9:45 a.m. Mr. John Kuhl, a gifted teacher, will lead the class lessons and discussion in room 207.  This class is open to all adults of any age who want to seriously study God’s word and apply it to their life.  “Explore the Bible” is a Southern Baptist style Bible Study published by LifeWay  Ministries which “uses a balanced, systematic approach to teach adults God’s Word. During our current eight-year plan, Sunday School members will study every book of the Bible, alternating between the Old and New Testaments. The lessons highlight major themes and truths in weekly Scripture passages, encouraging personal study and life application.”  The class will study the Winter 2009-2010 topic: The Gospel of Mark – How to Live in Stressful Times.  The class, Adult Learner Guide and Adult Commentary  materials are free to students.  Join the new class this Sunday, December 6, 2009.
